Finalist Prizes (Round Two): Judges will review all video and photo entries at the close of Round One. Judges will pick six video and six photo finalists to be announced on August 24 for Round Two of public voting (open August 24 - August 31, 2011). Winners are determined based on the highest number of public votes in Round Two.
